West Park Nature Walk (3-10 years old, English)
West Park Nature Walk (3-10 years old, English)
This is a great opportunity for both children and parents to learn more about the natural world surrounding us. We will go together on a fun nature walk through this city park, learn how to observe birds and where to search for animal tracks and signs, and how to identify them. It will be an exciting search for animals and the clues left behind (such as house holes, fur, feathers, nests, skulls and bones, egg shells, scats, droppings, trails, chew marks, leftover meals, burrows, constructions, and all possible other signs). These will tell us where the animals have been and what they have been doing. This nature walk will be an engaging and enriching learning experience for everybody!
