What type of animal lives in the forest? What kind of behaviour is that? What causes and shapes it? This is the first class of our animal behaviour course (what do animals do?). We will have a look at the basics of animal behaviour (how they communicate, how they move, how they build their home, and so on). We will learn together where to go to explore and search for signs, how to analyse your observations and which equipment to use when you are in the field.
This class will provide the opportunity to develop children's skills and knowledge about behavioral patterns of forest animals and how to respect them.
Age: 5-10 years old, Maximum 5 children;
Snacks and educational material are provided by LWE
The whole course is held by Dr Sandra Tranquilli, zoologist, ethologist, and wildlife conservation biologist, she is the founder of Little Wildlife Explorers.
