Forstenrieder park Nature Walk (3-10 years old, English)
Forstenrieder park Nature Walk (3-10 years old, English)
This will be the last nature walk of the year and a great opportunity for both children and parents to learn once more Munich’s biodiversity. Forsternrieder forst is a unique forest rich of animals and plants, and in this period of the year it will be a paradise of mushrooms of different colours and forms. We will learn who lives there and how to search for animal tracks and signs, and how to identify them. It will be an exciting search for animal clues left behind (such as house holes, fur, feathers, nests, skulls and bones, egg shells, scats, droppings, trails, chew marks, leftover meals, burrows, constructions, and all possible other signs), and for observing plants , lichens and the vast variety of mushrooms. This nature walk is not to be missed. It will be indeed an engaging and enriching learning experience for everybody!
